Is catering included in the ticket price?
This varies per event. The event page clearly states whether catering is included or optional. You can also add a 'catering supplement' during checkout so that your meal is included with your ticket.
Can I cancel or reschedule my ticket?
You can cancel or reschedule your ticket up to 3 days before the event. Finding a replacement is also always an option! We’re happy to think along with you—and if you can’t find a sub, we’ll help you look for one!
What happens in case of bad weather?
For our outdoor events, we keep a close eye on the forecast. In case of extreme weather, we’ll reach out to you well in advance to keep you posted!
How long does the tournament last?
The duration can vary slightly depending on the number of players, but you can usually count on 4 to 5 hours of sports, music, and flavors. Check your specific event invite for the exact start and end times!
What skill level is the tournament for?
The tournament is open to Beginners, Beginner+, Intermediate, and Advanced players. You can sign up based on your own skill level!
